For this show we decided to try something totally new.  We moved the show from the Geo Centre on Signal hill to a hotel on Kenmount Road. We decided to work with a group of teenage girls, the Torbay Pathfinders, these girls would provide any assistance necessary.  We probably should have anticipated what happened.  Many of our presenters  weren’t sure if they were going to participate or not. One of our members actually rented a U-Haul truck to bring builds in, 40 feet of trains on mils plates.  Five train environments that the pathfinders permitted guests to drive and in some cases play with the displays.

We were invited back for a build in 2025. our member who organized the main display did go in several days. There were times that he had dozens of people at a time interacting with the trains.  The employees at the Geo Centre actually told visitors when they expected him to arrive and we were both pleased and amazed to have people waiting for him to arrive, and he was overjoyed with all the help received from people. Some people knew the builds of several of our members.  These people are tracking our group so that they can go to our shows.
